BIOGRAPHY

Photographer, Designer, Visual Artist, Cultural Promoter and Yoga Instructor, born in Mexico City in 1974. Gets the Photography Technician degree  in la Escuela Activa de Fotografía and studies Design in la Universidad La Salle in Cuernavaca. Has developed professionally in Mexico City, Can Cun and Cuernavaca.

Starts since childhood emphasizing between his classmates in drawing skills. In high school with his friends starts a heavy metal band playing bass guitar and composing all their original songs. The band obtains success in a local ambient and plays in different cities in Morelos State in México.  After high school the band, it is dismantled and disappears, heading his way to University and Graphic Design studies, after that he courses photography school and many years later he gets the certification for kundalini yoga instructing.

Among his profits there is an individual exhibition and many collective more. He has collaborated in collective exhibitions and many projects with another discipline artists such as musicians, sculptors and other designers and photographers between is worth to mention : Rafael Cauduro, Alberto Korda, Ricardo Vinós,  Ricardo Garcia Garibay, Enrique Torres-Agatón, True 2 Nature, Rumpistol, Giorgio Reni,  Sánchez Dub, Meinolf Koessmeier, Humberto Álvarez, Antonio Russek and Victor Blanco.

He has published most of his work on the internet and also collaborated with comic strips in a supplement called “La Iguana” of el Regional del Sur, a disappeared newspaper.

As a professional designer in the advertisement field, he enjoys of been trusted by  clients such as Grupo Modelo SA de CV, owner of the international well known beer trademark Corona, for which he has created an entertainment web portal, and also the INAH – Anthropology and History National Institute of Mexico, in the project of the Archeological site Xochicalco in Morelos State, among others.

Victor collaborated since the birth, through life and until the end, of the life of Alberca Artes AC, and important cultural center in Cuernavaca where he exhibited, designed and coordinated events, promote, and finally Co-directed the Fotografest festival, which included more than 40 artists of diverse disciplines in 9 days.
